    We are a friendly Shotokan karate club, established in 2010, to bring traditional Japanese martial arts to Bristol

    We teach Juniors aged 6-12 years old, Teens aged 13-17 years, and Adults 18+.

    We teach in Ashton, Bedminster & Redland

    Chief Instructor Michael Harris, 3rd dan, is qualified by licences issued from Japan to Instruct, Referee and Examine.

    Michael is a World Karate medallist (2013) and National Kata Champion (2016)

    Michael has public liability insurance and is DBS Police-checked (formerly CRB).
