TITANS KIDS KARATE

Karate in Bristol for kids aged 8-12 years.

Learn coordination, speed and balance. In a safe environment, your child will build confidence and grow their self-esteem. Working with other children is great for socialisation too. Your child will grow in character as they reach their goals, whilst learning self-defence too. 

TEENS KARATE

Teenagers benefit from boundaries and independence. They thrive in Karate as it provides a safe environment to build confidence and self-esteem. As they build towards their goals, they're also making friends from a wide community. It improves concentration and focus, as is proven to improve exam performance and alleviate stress.  

ADULTS KARATE

You don't need to be super fit or flexible to start your journey. Just curious and committed. You'll make new friends whilst learning a traditional martial art. Improve your physical and mental wellbeing by taking a step off the conveyor belt of life. You'll progress in fitness and character.
