    Classes Mondays ay 8pm at Westbury Park School and Thursdays at 8pm at Redland Green School.

    Ladies will learn balance, co-ordination and fitness. Punches, kicks and blocks are taught in a safe environment. Once basics are understood, we put it together in safe partner-work. Ladies also learn how to diffuse situations and to be aware of their environment.

    We are affiliated to the NHS Change 4 Life programme, encouraging at least 1 hour of exercise a week. Michael Harris has recognised qualifications teaching adults. Coaches have coaching qualifications, and both have Karate Instructor’s Insurance with public liability up to £5m.
